This state of the art customer service center was a design-build project that was created with the employee in mind. The client wanted to move away from the typical “cubical farm”, a standard format in their industry, toward an atmosphere that would inspire collaboration and teamwork, stressing the importance of putting people before profits. This 18,000sf open ceiling format includes a 9,000sf workstation area for call center representatives, 12 offices, 2 meeting rooms, employee breakroom, kid’s center, relaxation room, game room, gym and an intricate floor/wall design that is the center piece of the call center.
